2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Services.

By using WhatPaw, you confirm that:

  • You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement

  • All information you provide is accurate and current

  • You will use the Services in compliance with applicable laws

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

  • All activity conducted under your account

You retain ownership of your content.

By submitting content, you grant WhatPaw a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing the Services.

You are responsible for ensuring that:

  • You have the right to submit the content

  • The content does not violate any law or third-party rights

5. Pet Identification & Recovery Features

WhatPaw may provide QR code or identification features to assist with pet recovery.

You acknowledge that:

  • Displayed information is controlled by you

  • Recovery outcomes cannot be guaranteed

  • WhatPaw is not responsible for lost pets or failed recovery attempts

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for unlawful purposes

  • Upload misleading or harmful content

  • Interfere with system security or performance

  • Attempt unauthorized access

  • Use the platform to harass or abuse others

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access if these rules are violated.

7. Payments and Subscriptions

If paid services are offered:

  • Fees will be clearly disclosed prior to purchase

  • Payments are processed by third-party providers

  • Refunds, if any, follow applicable laws and stated policies

Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) for use of the Services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
